I just got home from a night out.. our routine's monotonous and usually i dont complain too much. But now i think it'd be nice to have a change. Atm im just thankful my family from Perth arent around. Once they get back next wk from HK, then i'll be busy taking them around the capital again for some sightseeing.

It's nice having the family around again cos they hardly ever come over to Bru... but the last time i saw the kids was when they were...well, kids. Now they've grown into teenagers and i have no idea what to talk to them abt. =/ I did take them out for a movie last wk. I'm trying right? hehe

Dropped by at OGH this afternoon to give my support to those playing, and of course to Ran. Got to see some sweet faces i havent seen in awhile. =) Like Mr Bloom and Buttercup (altho i do see her every so often)..

And i finally got to have that long overdue coffee with Joe and Sa. Thanks for the ride and the company, J. =) And Sa, siuk brabis becrita sama kau. haha

There were a couple things i was talking to my girlfriends abt. Just some things that bug us to the max.

It's the hard knock life for us, it's the hard knock life for us~

My weekend started off okay. But this morning i had to get up by 8am (and i went to bed at 2) to meet up a friend for bfast and to get some work done at uni. My exams are finally over but we still have a project due. How sucky? Very.

It was even sadder that we were in uni when everyone else has started hols already. The place was pretty deserted cept for the cleaners!

So last night was a very good night. =) 12 of us headed down to KB to watch Frankenstein in panto. Lion invited us and i must admit all of us enjoyed it. Len, u rocked. xx!! It was almost midnight by the time we got back to Jerudong to have a very late dinner and to pick up our cars, and i got home about 1am.

The play dint have much to do with that big green monster everyone associates with the name Frankenstein. It did towards the end, but that was just to kinda fit it in with the whole theme. Hero's name was Frank N. Stein (the N stood for Neil). See how that works? heheh

So the play was basically typical girl meets boy, boy falls in love with girl, slut wants boy, girl gets kidnapped, slut hypnotises boy, boy thinks he loves slut, slut gets dumped when boy is de-hypnotised, hero saves girl, evil villains are defeated.. boy and girl get married and live happily ever after.

Involved schoolgirls (those uniforms are hot), vampires as villains, a mad lab scientist, a matronly-headmistress-slash-nurse-slash-gameshow-hostess, boogie-night bats, michael-jackson's-thriller-dancing zombies and some of the most sexually implied terms ever to be said in a panto with kids present.

Our favourite line... "So, you gotta pop them in your mouth, suck hard and blow!!"

Peppermints. They were talking about peppermints.

Peppermint breath apparently repels vampires. ;)

I'm so glad we made that trip all the way there. This was my first panto but it definitely wont be my last. Got to meet some of the cast members.. really cool ppl who performed their best.

I am in love with the slut. Well, she's not a real-life slut. She just played one. hehe Yes B, we gotta talk. ;)

Thanks again to L for inviting us.
Congrats again both for the play and for the Marathon today =) Tonight we celebrate. We made this date 2 wks ago and i'm not missing it!!

A tribute

...To 2 of the bestest friends this girl could ever hope to ask for.

MI... You're the lifesaver I cling to in choppy waters. No words can express how much I value the effort you put into being my friend and putting up with me. Be it as a punching bag (sorry =/) or just someone I can rant to. Thanks for literally always being there. =) Much love.

NADS.. I'm so glad to have met u. Where have you been all my life?! You light up the room with that twisted sense of humour of yours. =P I don't even have to know what you're giggling about to start smiling. I haven't known you that long, but thank you for being a listening ear. For making my honey smile. For opening up your heart and home to me. I will always appreciate every little thing. I love you... BUT....

hahahaha No Buts this time. ;) I love you Babe.
